The International Conference of Entrepreneurial Finance (CIFEMA) is an international platform that brings together researchers, experts, practitioners and economic actors to discuss and exchange ideas on the challenges and issues facing the Islamic finance industry. During its past editions, the conference presented different aspects of Islamic finance through rigorous discussions and debates of the current issues challenging the Islamic Finance industry and exploring its development prospects.

يعد المؤتمر الدولي للتمويل الإسلامي الريادي منصة دولية تجمع الباحثين والخبراء والممارسين والفاعلين الاقتصاديين لمناقشة وتبادل الأفكار حول التحديات والقضايا التي تواجه صناعة التمويل الإسلامي. وقد عرض المؤتمر خلال دوراته السابقة جوانب مختلفة من التمويل الإسلامي من خلال مناقشات ونقاشات مستفيضة حول القضايا الراهنة التي تواجه صناعة التمويل الإسلامي واستكشاف آفاق تطورها

The world today is witnessing rapid challenges, starting with increasing social disparities and including the consequences of climate change and technological advancements. These challenges call for more innovative, realistic, and sustainable solutions. Here, the importance of innovative philanthropy and endowment emerges as pivotal factors in addressing these growing global challenges. In this context, the 11^th International Conference of Entrepreneurial Finance "CIFEMA24" aims to study and explore ways to maximize the impact of philanthropy in developing countries, serving sustainable development and strengthening community cohesion.

In its 11^th edition, the conference aims, through its nine themes, to study innovative philanthropy in all its organizational and technical aspects, with a focus on the opportunities provided by technological developments in enabling philanthropy, especially financial technology, in terms of financing and investment in philanthropy and its enhancement, in order to contribute to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals through economic empowerment and promoting financial inclusion. On the other hand, the conference seeks to study the social impact of philanthropy and explore the complex interaction between innovation, emerging technologies, and philanthropic models such as endowments and others. The conference will also include discussions on best practices and successful models in philanthropy by studying leading experiences globally and ways to benefit from them, in addition to studying the challenges and opportunities facing this sector.

The conference constitutes an international platform for cooperation and knowledge exchange between experts, academics, and practitioners in the field of endowments and philanthropy, through building a rich and fruitful dialogue that contributes to developing innovative solutions to global challenges and building a more equitable and sustainable future.

يشهد العالم اليوم تحديات متسارعة، بدءا بتزايد الفوارق الاجتماعية ومرورا بالآثار المترتبة عن التغيرات المناخية والتطور التقني. هذه التحديات تستدعي حلولاً مبتكرة أكثر واقعية واستدامة. وهنا تبرز أهمية العمل الخيري المبتكر والوقف باعتبارهما عاملان محوريان في التصدي للتحديات العالمية المتزايدة. وفي هذا الصدد، يهدف المؤتمر الدولي الحادي عشر للمالية الريادية "سيفيما 24" إلى دراسة واستكشاف أساليب تعظيم أثر العمل الخيري في البلدان النامية خدمة للتنمية المستدامة وتعزيزا للتماسك المجتمعي.

يهدف المؤتمر في دورته الحادية عشرة من خلال محاوره التسعة إلى دراسة العمل الخيري المبتكر من كافة جوانبه التنظيمية والتقنية مع التركيز على الافاق التي توفرها التطورات التقنية في تمكين العمل الخيري وخاصة التقنية المالية من حيث التمويل والاستثمار في العمل الخيري وتجويده بغية المساهمة في تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستديمة من خلال التمكين الاقتصادي وتعزيز الشمول المالي. من جانب اخر يسعى المؤتمر الى دراسة الأثر الاجتماعي للعمل الخيري واستكشاف التفاعل المعقد بين الابتكار والتقنيات الناشئة والنماذج الخيرية مثل الوقف وغيره. كما سيشمل المؤتمر مناقشات حول أفضل الممارسات والنماذج الناجحة في العمل الخيري من خلال دراسة التجارب الرائدة على المستوى العالمي وسبل الاستفادة منها، بالإضافة إلى دراسة التحديات والفرص التي تواجه هذا القطاع.

ويشكل المؤتمر منصة دولية للتعاون والتبادل المعرفي بين الخبراء والأكاديميين والممارسين في مجال الوقف والعمل الخيري، من خلال بناء حوار غني ومُثمر يُسهم فيتطوير حلول مبتكرة للتحديات العالمية وبناء مستقبل أكثر إنصافًا واستدامة.
